针对铰接式电动轮制动器半径大、转速高的特点,通过对盘式制动器连续制动过程中的摩擦过程进行分析,并考虑了摩擦因数温度特性与对流换热的影响,利用有限元软件模拟了盘式制动器连续10次制动过程,得到了制动器摩擦表面温度场分布与温度在制动器厚度方向上的传递过程。
