历史的经验和教训表明,执政能力关系到共产党的前途和命运。中国共产党肩负着带领全国各族人民建设社会主义现代化的艰巨使命,面对着复杂多变的国际局势和复杂多样的国内环境,更应该提高执政能力。加强理论研究,是提高党的执政能力的重要环节。理论研究要处理好理论研究与宣传、基础研究与应用研究、党内研究与社会研究等几个关系。
Historical experience and lessons show that the ability to govern has a bearing on the future and destiny of the Communist Party. The CPC shoulders the arduous task of leading the people of all ethnic groups in socialist modernization in the face of the complex and volatile international situation and the complicated and diverse domestic environment. It should also improve its ability to govern. Strengthening theoretical research is an important part of improving the party’s ability to govern. Theoretic research should handle several relations such as theoretical research and propaganda, basic research and applied research, intra-party research and social studies.
