对运动条件下血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)与心血管功能的变化进行了动态观察与监测。结果表明,运动15min和30min即刻,血浆AugⅡ较安静状态分别上升22%(PMO.01)、56%(P<0.001);运动30min时心血管功能指标明显上升(均为P<0.001)。与对照组相比,血浆AugⅡ含量在各观察指标有显著差异。提示:耐力运动可使少年运动员血浆AugⅡ合成释放显著增加,参与心血管功能的调节。
The changes of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) and cardiovascular function under exercise condition were observed and monitored dynamically. The results showed that the plasma levels of AugⅡ were increased by 22% (PMO.01) and 56% (P <0.001) respectively at 15 minutes and 30 minutes after exercise. The indexes of cardiovascular function were significantly increased at 30 minutes of exercise (P <0. 001). Compared with the control group, plasma Aug Ⅱ content in each of the observed indicators were significantly different. Tip: endurance exercise juvenile athletes plasma Aug Ⅱ release significantly increased synthesis involved in the regulation of cardiovascular function.
