乳化炸药是八十年代发展的一种新型抗水工业炸药。为适应地下矿山小直径(Φ32~35毫米)药卷加工及长时间贮存的需要,长沙矿山研究院与石人嶂钨矿共同研制出一种新型高粘度乳化炸药,其粘度为30~40万厘泊,贮存期可达半年以上。经一年多的工业生产试验,已生产25吨用于不同硬度矿岩爆破,在f=12~14的花岗岩中,用于平巷掘进爆破与用2号岩石炸药对比,爆破效率提高10~15%;掘进每米巷道耗药量降低5~10%。高粘度乳化炸药的爆炸性能为:爆速4000~4500(米/秒);猛度15~18毫米;殉爆度6~8厘米;爆炸临界直径小于20毫
Emulsion explosives is a new type of water-resistant industrial explosives developed in the 1980s. In order to meet the need of small diameter (Φ32 ~ 35mm) drug coil processing and long time storage in underground mines, Changsha Institute of Mines and Shirenguang Tungsten Mine jointly developed a new type of high viscosity emulsion explosive with the viscosity of 300,000 to 400,000 Centipoise, the storage period of up to six months or more. After more than one year of industrial production test, 25 tons of rock blasting has been produced for different hardness. In granite with f = 12 ~ 14, blasting efficiency is improved by 10 ~ 15%; tunnel per meter roadway consumption reduced 5 ~ 10%.
