绩效评价是提升军队医院综合管理水平,引导其卫勤保障与医疗服务能力持续改进的有效手段。本文在归纳分析国内外医院绩效评价体系先进经验的基础上,结合我军医院管理现状,探讨了建立军队医院绩效评价体系的措施与建议。
Performance evaluation is an effective means to enhance the comprehensive management level of military hospitals and guide their medical support and medical service capabilities to continuously improve. Based on the inductive analysis of the advanced experience of the hospital performance evaluation system at home and abroad, this paper discusses the measures and suggestions for establishing the performance evaluation system of the military hospital in light of the status quo of the hospital management.
