以LS培养基,附加特定种类和浓度的氮素,再加入2,4-D40mg/L,NAA04mg/L,6-BA25mg/L,比较了不同氮素类型,不同氮源浓度对剑麻愈伤组织细胞生长速率及蛋白酶活力的影响结果表明,(1)同时含有铵态氮和硝态氮的无机氮源培养基最有利于剑麻愈伤组织细胞的快速增长;(2)1~10g/L的有机氮源有利于提高剑麻蛋白酶的活力;(3)剑麻愈伤组织细胞生长速率与蛋白酶活力呈相斥型生长关系,因此在剑麻蛋白酶的组培诱导中,以采取二步培养法为宜.
