中国大唐集团河南分公司许昌禹龙发电厂二期2×660MW超超临界机组3#炉安装工程中,末级过热器、末级再热器出口过渡段管屏材质为SA213-TP310HCbN(HR3C)钢。SA213-TP310HCbN钢采用镍基焊丝ERNiCr-CoMo-1焊接,由于母材和焊接材料的合金成分很高,焊接操作存在很大的难度,探索其焊接工艺技术是必要的。掌握其焊接性能、焊接操作的技巧、焊接质量的控制要点是非常重要的。要妥善地解决这一系列的问题,是一项较大的技术难题。通过探索和努力,我们对所面临的技术难题做出了可贵的尝试,积累了经验,具有技术上的先进性,广泛的推广应用价值。
