本文通过我国公立医院领导体制改革进程的回顾,分析了院长负责制下领导管理体制存在的弊端。提出建立和完善法人治理结构的必要性。同时对实现的形式和方法提出具体的建议。
This article reviews the reform process of the leadership system in public hospitals in our country and analyzes the shortcomings of the system in which the president is responsible for the system of leadership and management.
