本文分析了供气压力与气膜诸特性参数的关系。通过实验,得到供气压力与气膜刚度之间的拟合曲线,并用回归分析法,建立两者函数关系的经验公式。
This paper analyzes the relationship between gas supply pressure and gas film characteristics. Through experiment, the fitting curve between gas supply pressure and gas film stiffness is obtained, and the empirical formula of the relationship between the two functions is established by regression analysis.
