《商务周刊》:去年6月份国资委的《重组通报》对于通润地产来说意味着什么? 王和平:这个《重组通报》是非强制性的,对于我们的约束性并不强,我们该做什么还做什么,因为所谓的重组“婚嫁”强调的是双方自愿。事实上,重组很有必要,但由于涉及到每个企业的利益,在操作上非常复杂。就目前来看,根据我的了解,《重组通报》也快一年了,但各央属房企参与的积极性普遍不高。若国资委无进一步的强制性措施,这个《重组通报》很难落到实处。
