对铸造铝基三维连续网状多孔陶瓷复合材料在干摩擦和油润滑条件下的耐磨性进行了较细致的分析,并对影响该复合材料滑动磨损行为的因素进行了讨论。结果表明:无论在干摩擦还是油润滑条件下,复合材料均比基体合金耐磨,尤其是高载时,复合材料的耐磨性能更突出地显示出来。
The wear resistance of cast aluminum three-dimensional continuous network porous ceramic composite under dry friction and oil lubrication conditions is analyzed in detail, and the factors affecting the sliding wear behavior of the composite are discussed. The results show that the wear resistance of the composites is more prominent than that of the matrix alloy under both dry and oil lubricated conditions.
