企业现行文件档案管理应用计算机技术的历程,不仅记录着企业现行文件和档案规范化、系统化管理的轨迹,而且反映着企业经营管理和产品开发信息化的进程。根据计算机技术在企业现行文件和档案管理中应用的环节、功能及运作的不同,可以把其划分为以下三大阶段:现行文件和档案管理分别应用计算机技术阶段;现行文件和档案管理综合应用计算机技术阶段;电子文件阶段。现针对这些问题进行了简要的论述。
