1996年,我省乡村集体企业在各级党委、政府的大力支持下,主动遵从社会主义市场经济的要求,深化改革,加强管理,优化生产要素配置,初步扭转了连续几年的下滑局面,实现了快速、健康发展。现仅就我省乡村集体企业资金结构以及运动变化情况分析如下:一、资金构成的特点1、资金总量增加,资产构成优化1996年,全省乡村集体企业单位数77027个,资产总额为11165383万元,比上年增长25.78%。其中,流动资产5372313万元,占资产总量的48.12%,比上年提高0.11个百分点;固定资产5277764万元,占资产总量的47.27%,比上年提高1.48个百分点;无形资产及递延资产126776万元,占资产总量的1.14%,比上年下降0.19个百分点。
