采用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,三聚异氰酸三烯丙酯(TAIC)为助交联剂,使用动态粘弹谱仪(DMA)对乙烯醋酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVM)/聚乳酸(PLA)阻尼材料的相容性进行了研究。考察了氯化聚乙烯(CPE,氯质量分数35%)、丁二烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(NBR-GMA,GMA质量分数约为5%)两种增容剂对相容性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当CPE和NBR-GMA用量分别为10份时,共混物相容性较好,CPE增容效果较优。加入CPE,能促进PLA在EVM/PLA共混物中的异相成核结晶。加入两种增容剂使材料的拉伸性能稍有降低,但撕裂性能有所提高,拉伸永久变形降低,用量为10份时,综合力学性能较好。
Using dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as crosslinking agent, triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) as co-crosslinking agent and ethylene glycol vinylacetate rubber (EVM ) / Polylactic acid (PLA) damping materials were studied. The effects of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE, 35% chlorine), butadiene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer (NBR-GMA, GMA about 5% Effect of agents on compatibility and mechanical properties. The results showed that when the amount of CPE and NBR-GMA were 10 parts, the compatibility of the blends was better and the CPE capacity was better. The addition of CPE promotes the heterogeneous nucleation and crystallization of PLA in EVM / PLA blends. The addition of two compatibilizers makes the tensile properties of the materials decrease slightly, but the tear properties are improved and the permanent deformation of the materials is reduced. When the dosage is 10 parts, the mechanical properties are better.
