国营小型工业企业实行租赁制,是搞活企业的一条有效途径,已经肯定下来。但在实行中,有些思想认识问题和政策问题,需要认真加以解决。这篇文章提出的几点看法,可供参考。
The implementation of the leasing system in state-owned small-scale industrial enterprises is an effective way to invigorate enterprises and has already been affirmed. However, in practice, some ideological issues and policy issues need to be seriously addressed. This article offers several points of view for reference.
