Hebei Traffic Polytechnic is one of the first six highway engineering colleges established by the Ministry of Communications in China. It is also a demonstration vocational institute focusing on construction in Hebei Province, and the only specialized vocational college for the transportation of sea, land and air in Hebei Province.
