职业高中的学生其文化知识水平和行为的社会规范能力与普通高中学生相比有一定的差距,这使得职业学校的教学、管理难度加大。为搞好职业高中的教学及管理,本文就职业高中班集体建设和班风建设中如何发挥班主任作用,如何加强班集体建设,以及如何培养良好班风等方面提出了自己的建议。
The vocational high school students’ cultural knowledge level and social normative ability of behavior have a certain gap compared with ordinary high school students, which makes the teaching and management of vocational schools more difficult. In order to improve the teaching and management of vocational high schools, this paper puts forward my own suggestions on how to play the role of teacher in charge of class building and classes construction in vocational high schools, how to strengthen class collective construction and how to cultivate good classes.
