6月20日至21日,中央组织部、全国党建研究会在北京召开纪念中国共产党成立90周年党建研讨会。中央政治局常委、中央书记处书记、国家副主席、中央军委副主席习近平同志出席会议并作重要讲话(全文另发)。中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中央组织部部长李源潮同志在会上发表题为“90年来党的组织工作的主要成就与经验”的重要讲话(全文另发)。中央组织部常务副部长沈跃跃同志作会议总结,对学习传达和贯彻落实习近平同志、李源潮同志重要讲话精神,进一步加强党建理论研究和实践探索,推动党的建设和组织工作创新发展提出了具体要求。会议共交流论文237篇,其中大会发言12篇,大会书面发言45篇,分专题研讨发言28篇。各省(区、市)、副省级城市和新疆生产建设兵团党委组织部的负责同志,部分中央和国家机关部委的负责同志,部分国有重要骨干企业党组(党委)、高等学校党委的负责同志,全国党建研究会负责同志和顾问,各省(区、市)党建研究会负责同志,入选论文作者,中央组织部部务会成员、各局负责同志等300余人参加了会议。本栏刊发研讨会大会发言的12篇材料,供读者参阅。
June 20 to 21, the Central Organization Department, the National Party Building Research Association held in Beijing to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the CPC party building seminar. Standing Committee of the Central Political Bureau, secretary of the Central Secretariat, vice chairman of the Central Military Commission, Vice Chairman Xi Jinping attended the meeting and made an important speech (full text separately). At the conference, Comrade Li Yuanchao, member of the Central Bureau of Political Affairs, secretary of the CPC Central Committee and minister of the Central Organization Department, delivered an important speech titled “Major Achievements and Experiences in Party Organization over the Past 90 Years”. Comrade Shen Yueyue, executive deputy minister of the Central Organization Department, made a summary of the meeting and put forward specific requirements on learning to convey and implement Comrade Xi Jinping and Comrade Li Yuanchao’s important speeches, further strengthening the theoretical study of party building and exploring practical issues, and pushing forward the party’s construction and organizational innovation. A total of 237 papers were exchanged, including 12 speeches at the conference, 45 written speeches at the congress and 28 speeches at special seminars. Responsible comrades of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), sub-provincial cities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Party Committee Organization Department, responsible comrades of some central and state organs and ministries, some leading comrades of state-owned backbone enterprises (party committees) and colleges and universities, The National Party Building Research Association was responsible for comrades and consultants, responsible comrades of the party-building and research associations of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), selected authors of the dissertation, members of the Central Organization Department, members of the Central Organization Department, and responsible comrades from various bureaux attended the meeting.
