5月23日,在省水利建筑工程有形市场内,三江干流应急度汛工程中4个施工标段及4个监理标段的招标工作正式开始。此次竞标标志着我省三江干流堤防治理工程正式拉开帷幕。三江干流堤防治理工程规划新建和加固堤防总长2 722公里,估算总投资200多亿元,涉及9个市地、38个县(市、区)和21个农场。为了确保招标工作公平、公正,本次招标代理机构由省政府面向社会公开招标。在23日的招标工作中,来自全国各地的23家具有水利水电工程一级施工资质的企业参加竞标。
On May 23, within the tangible market of provincial water conservancy construction project, bidding for four construction tenders and four supervision tenders in the emergency flood control project of Sanjiang River was officially started. The bidding marks the official opening of the embankment management project of Sanjiang River in our province. The embankment management project of the mainstream of the Sanjiang River plans to construct 2,722 km of new dike and reinforce the dike. The total investment is estimated to be over 20 billion yuan, involving 9 cities and 38 counties (cities and districts) and 21 farms. In order to ensure that the bidding work is fair and just, this bidding agency is open to the public bidding by the provincial government. In the bidding work on the 23rd, 23 enterprises with construction qualification of water conservancy and hydropower projects from all over the country participated in the bidding.
