卫生防疫站的科学管理,就是要把管理科学的理论、原则结合卫生防疫站的具体实际。这不是从表象而是从内在的固有特性和客观的自身规律,进行剖析,分解成若干要素,只有分解正确,管理才能有的放矢,达到科学有效的管理。总结三十年来卫生防疫工作的实践,可以把它分解成科学性、技术性,社会性、政策性、综合性、系统性、时机性、计划性、创造性和艺术性十个特性。
The scientific management of health and epidemic prevention stations is to integrate the theory and principles of management science with the specific reality of the epidemic prevention stations. This is not from the appearance but from the inherent inherent characteristics and objective self-discipline. It is analyzed and broken down into several elements.
