本文根据某厂热连轧带钢轧机的现状,对其辊系进行了优化设计,得出了一个实用的辐系数据。该辊系可提高纵向刚度15.7%,降低轧制能耗9.19%,减少重量3%。文中分析了刚度提高、能耗降低的原因,指出大幅度地提高辊系刚度对提高整个机座刚度极为有利。本文采用的优化方法为惩罚函数法、复合形法和随机方向搜索法,并对这三种方法做了比较。
In this paper, based on the status quo of a hot strip mill in a factory, the roller system was optimized and a practical radiometric data was obtained. The roller system can improve the longitudinal stiffness of 15.7%, reduce rolling energy 9.19%, reduce the weight of 3%. In this paper, the reasons for the increase of stiffness and the reduction of energy consumption are analyzed. It is pointed out that increasing the rigidity of the roller system greatly improves the rigidity of the whole frame. The optimization methods adopted in this paper are penalty function method, complex method and random direction search method. The three methods are compared.
