通过小块扇形永磁体堆积的方式构建了Halbach型螺旋磁场并分析了磁场分布,采用超声波多普勒测速仪(UDV)定量测量了螺旋磁场驱动下GaInSn金属液在圆柱形容器内轴向速度的分布。结果表明:圆柱容器内金属液的轴向流动表现出二次流和轴向环流2种典型的流动模式,且两者之间存在相互转变关系,这种转变实质上是螺旋磁场的旋转分量和行波分量相互竞争的结果。
Halbach-type helical magnetic field was constructed by stacking small-sector fan-shaped permanent magnets and the magnetic field distribution was analyzed. Ultrasonic Doppler velocimetry (UDV) was used to quantitatively measure the axial velocity of GaInSn liquid in a cylindrical vessel driven by helical magnetic field distributed. The results show that the axial flow of molten metal in a cylindrical vessel shows two kinds of typical flow modes of secondary flow and axial flow, and there is a mutual transformation relationship between the two. The transition is essentially the rotational component of the spiral magnetic field and Traveling wave components compete with each other.
