随着我国步入全面小康社会建设的新阶段,工会组织如何发挥自身优势,面对面、心贴心、实打实做好新形势下群众工作,对构建和谐社会主义社会有着重要的现实意义。文章结合工作实践,提出了要多从群众角度思考问题,找准工会工作的立足点和切入点;提高服务意识,多为职工群众办实事、办好事;要具备与时俱进的理念,积极探索新时期开展群众工作的规律;多从职工群众立场谋划工作,不断提高工会干部的业务水平这四个层面来开展工作。
As China steps into a new phase of building a well-off society in an all-round way, it is of great practical significance for trade unions to exert their own advantages, face to face, be close to the heart, and do a good job of mass work in the new situation in building a harmonious socialist society. Combining with the practice of work, the article puts forward that we should think more from the mass point of view and find out the foothold and starting point of the work of the trade union. We should raise the sense of service, do more practical work for the masses of workers, and do good deeds. We should have the idea of keeping pace with the times, Explore the law of carrying out masses work in the new period; and work in the following four aspects: planning work from the positions of the masses of workers and workers and constantly improving the professional standards of trade union cadres.
