本文介绍了对印刷铸字机铅烟的防护采取密闭通风,并用3%醋酸液以淋洗净化的方法,降低铅烟浓度。结果表明:改进前铸字机岗位空气中铅烟浓度均值为0.169mg/m~3,改进后均值为0.0114mg/m~3。经统计学处理改进前后空气中铅烟浓度含量有显著差异(P<0.05)。改进后进气口浓度为0.016mg/m~3,排出口浓度为0.006mg/m~3,铅烟净化效率为62.5%。
This article describes the protection of lead-free cigarettes for the printing press and uses a 3% acetic acid solution to clean the lead and reduce the concentration of lead smoke. The results showed that the mean value of lead concentration in the air of post - former for writing machine was 0.169mg / m ~ 3, and the improved mean value was 0.0114mg / m ~ 3. There was a significant difference (P <0.05) in the concentration of lead in air before and after the improvement by statistics. After the improvement, the air inlet concentration is 0.016mg / m ~ 3, the outlet concentration is 0.006mg / m ~ 3, and the lead smoke purification efficiency is 62.5%.
