各厂断了的钻头通常都作废品处理,或者是集中起来当废钢利用,这真是一个极大的浪费。为了给国家节约高速钢材料,我厂切削实验室,会把报废的钻头用来加工各种钢材及铸件;经过多次试验效果良好。现把试验情况介绍如下:一、试验前的准备工作1.准备两块 V 形铁,装在小刀架上,用来装夹钻头。2.把报废的钻头按一般磨钻头的方法改磨成2=90°的锥角。为了避免横刃与已加工表面发生摩擦,把横刃磨成如附图所示(AA 剖面)的小圆弧,
