(December 3, 2012) Dear Delegates, Comrades and Friends: In the thick atmosphere in which the entire party and people of all nationalities in our country have conscientiously studied and actively implemented the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, the Fifth National Congress of the China Television Artists Association Opened. First of all, allow me to represent the presidium and all deputies to the Central Propaganda Department, the State Administration of Radio Film and Television, the Propaganda Department of the PLA General Political Department and the leading comrades of the Chinese Federation of Literature and Art.
