在国家计划指导下,有效地发挥市场调节的辅助作用,充分利用经济合同的纽带作用,能便生产和市场需求结合起,使企业的生产和整个社会的经济发展协调一致.在这个意义上说,经济合同的签订、执行和管理,是项很重要的工作.近年来,越来越多的企业和单位,采取了合同制的办法对外平衡产供销,对内进行企业管理,取得了许多成功的经验.但不可置否地也存在一些问题,须待研究解决.本文就经济合同的法律效力和合同仲裁工作,提一点看法.认真贯彻执行现行合同单行法规,使经济合同具有法律效力.我国目前还没有一部完整的统一的合同法,但是从建国以来到现在,国务院各部门先后颁布了有关合同的单行法规近三十件.在国家还没有颁布合同法以前,无疑这些单行法规应具
