科研对于高职院校的长远发展具有重要意义,其不仅有利于优化高职院校教师的知识结构、促进教学水平的提升,也能增强院校在国内外的知名度。然而,高职院校教师面临着论文发表难、项目申请难以及科研氛围差等诸多科研困境,因此学校、教育主管部门和教师三方应共同努力突破困境。
Scientific research is of great significance to the long-term development of higher vocational colleges. It is not only conducive to optimizing the knowledge structure of teachers in higher vocational colleges, promoting the improvement of teaching standards, but also enhancing the visibility of institutions at home and abroad. However, teachers in higher vocational colleges are confronted with many scientific dilemmas such as difficulties in publication of papers, difficult application of projects and poor scientific research atmosphere. Therefore, the three parties, schools, education authorities and teachers, should make joint efforts to break through the difficulties.
