(1) 一台东方红-75型拖拉机因忘记放水,在喷油器一侧,缸盖与缸体接缝下部被冻裂,严重漏水。采用农机二号胶修复,具体方法如下:用3毫米钻头,在裂纹终端分别钻止裂孔;用扁铲把裂纹部分铲出深约5毫米左右的坡口;先后用金属清洗剂和酒精将坡口清洗干净;把农机二号胶加适量铸铁粉迅速涂抹在处理好的坡口内,尽量整平,经24小时常温干燥后即投入作业。为增加强度,也可再在裂纹四周钻些M6螺孔,制作相应尺寸的3毫米厚铁板,用螺钉固定
