借助真空电弧熔炼纽扣锭的方法,研究了合金元素Mo和Nb的含量对节镍型耐热铸钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在合理范围内,随Mo含量的增加,试样的硬度、抗拉强度逐渐增加,伸长率逐渐降低,Mo含量为0.8%~1.0%时具有较好的常温综合力学性能;随Nb含量增加,试样的硬度、抗拉强度、伸长率逐渐增加,Nb的含量为0.08%~0.10%时具有较好的常温综合力学性能。
The effect of alloy elements Mo and Nb on the microstructure and mechanical properties of nickel-section heat-resistant cast steel was studied by means of vacuum arc melting method. The results show that the hardness and tensile strength of the sample increase gradually with the increase of Mo content within a reasonable range, while the elongation decreases gradually. When the content of Mo is 0.8% ~ 1.0%, the hardness and tensile strength of the sample have good mechanical properties at room temperature. With the increase of Mo content, The content of Nb increases, the hardness, tensile strength and elongation of the sample increase gradually. When the content of Nb is 0.08% ~ 0.10%, it has a better mechanical properties at room temperature.
