整容重睑术的缝线结扎法是一种传统的重睑术式。不足之处是术后眼睑肿胀明显。消肿慢,严重者双眼不能视物,甚至水肿扩散到面部,拆线后十天左右眼睑仍有明显肿胀,恢复自然状态一般需1—3个月,影响术者的正常工作。笔者统计本院1988年5月至1990年5月的45例重睑术者未经其他处理.拆线后7—10天无明显肿胀者19例约占42.22％,11—15天无明显肿胀者26例约占57.78％.自1990年6月至1992年6月用旋磁治疗重睑术后水肿62例,取得了良好的疗效,现报导如下:
Cosmetic double eyelid suture ligation method is a traditional double eyelid surgery. The disadvantage is obvious swelling of the eyelid after surgery. Swelling is slow, serious eyes can not see things, and even spread to the face edema, sutures eyelid ten days after there is still significant swelling, restore the natural state generally takes 1-3 months, affecting the normal work of the surgeon. The author statistics of our hospital from May 1988 to May 1990 45 cases of double eyelid surgery who had no other treatment.Still stitches after 7-10 days, 19 cases accounted for about 42.22%, 11-15 days without significant swelling 26 cases accounted for about 57.78% .From June 1990 to June 1992 with gyromagnetic treatment of double edema in 62 cases, and achieved good results, are reported as follows:
