目的探讨谷红注射液对左心室流出道自律细胞的电生理影响。方法2006年1月至2006年3月应用常规的玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术,观察谷红注射液对家兔左心室流出道动作电位0相幅值(APA),最大除极速率(Vmax),动作电位时程(APD),50%复极化时间(D50),90%复极化时间(D90),自发放电频率(RPF)的影响作用。结果(1)用0·5μmol/L的谷红注射液灌流后与正常对照组相比RPF显著下降(P<0·01)。(2)用1μmol/L的谷红注射液灌流后与对正常照组相比APA下降(P<0·05),APD升高(P<0·05),HR显著下降(P<0·01)。结论谷红注射液能抑制左心室流出道的动作电位0相幅值,延长动作电位时程,使自发电活动频率下降。
Objective To investigate the electrophysiological effects of Guhong injection on autoregulation of left ventricular outflow tract. Methods From January 2006 to March 2006, a conventional glass microelectrode intracellular recording technique was used to observe the amplitude of action potential (APA) and the maximum depolarization rate (Vmax) of rabbit left ventricle outflow tract with Guhong injection. , Action potential duration (APD), 50% repolarization time (D50), 90% repolarization time (D90), spontaneous discharge frequency (RPF) effect. Results (1) Compared with the normal control group, RPF significantly decreased after perfusion with 0.3 μmol/L trachrudin injection (P<0.01). (2) Compared with the normal control group, APA decreased (P<0.05), APD increased (P<0.05), and HR decreased significantly (P<0·2) after perfusion with 1 μmol/L of Guhong Injection. 01). Conclusion Guhong Injection can inhibit the amplitude of action potential 0 phase of the left ventricular outflow tract, extend the action potential duration, and reduce the frequency of self-generating activity.
