电力工业是我国国民经济的基础行业,它长期处于行业的保护之下,但随着竞争机制的引入,电力行业的市场化,使电力企业多种经营势在必行。本文采用理论联系实际的方法,从电力企业及其多种经营的特点入手,深入分析了电力企业多种经营的现状。针对其存在的产业结构和布局不合理、过分依赖主业、管理者经营素质不高、专业人才匮乏及职工素质低等问题,提出了宏观上调整产业结构、企业内部加强管理、培养和提高人才素质及进一步推进多种经营的产业化和集团化等具体策略。
Power industry is the basic industry of national economy in our country. It has been under the protection of industry for a long time. However, with the introduction of competition mechanism, the marketization of power industry makes it imperative for power enterprises to diversify their operations. In this paper, the method of combining theory with practice, starting from the characteristics of power enterprises and their diversified operations, this paper analyzes in depth the current situation of diversified operations of power enterprises. In view of its unreasonable industrial structure and layout, over-reliance on the main business, the poor management of managers, the shortage of professionals and the low quality of staff and workers, the paper proposes a macro-adjustment of the industrial structure, strengthening management within the enterprise, training and enhancing the talents Quality and further promote the diversification of a variety of industrialization and collectivization and other specific strategies.
