目的研究超声在体表血管瘤诊断中的价值。方法将本院自2012年4月~2013年2月收治的30例体表血管瘤患者作为研究对象,对其进行超声检查,进行相关诊断。结果蔓状血管瘤内主要为动脉血流,最大血流速度为36 cm/s;19例海绵状血管瘤患者通过二维超声检查,5例患者在其病变区域出现钙化回声和静脉石。超声加压试验为阳性;8例毛细血管瘤均为婴幼儿,其中1例患者在其边缘处可见到静脉血流,血流速度最快可达3 cm/s。通过超声检查并记录研究对象的各检测结果 ,可知患者血管瘤类型,出现的部位、大小、以及各类型的特点,经过病理和手术证实26例患者均为血管瘤,通过超声诊断结果准确。结论超声对体表血管瘤的诊断准确,有较高的应用价值,应在临床加以推广。
Objective To study the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of body surface hemangiomas. Methods Thirty patients with hemangiomas on the surface of the body treated from April 2012 to February 2013 in our hospital were studied. The patients underwent ultrasound examination and related diagnosis. Results The arteriovenous blood flow was found mainly in the hemangiomas, with a maximum blood flow rate of 36 cm / s. Nineteen cases of cavernous hemangiomas were examined by two-dimensional ultrasonography. Five patients showed calcified echogenic and vein stones in the lesion. Ultrasound pressure test was positive; 8 cases of hemangiomas were infants and toddlers, one case of patients can be seen at the edge of the venous flow, the fastest blood flow up to 3 cm / s. Ultrasound examination and recording of the test results of the study, we can see the type of hemangioma, the appearance of the site, size, and various types of features, confirmed by pathology and surgery in 26 patients were hemangiomas, by ultrasound diagnostic accuracy. Conclusion The diagnosis of body surface hemangiomas by ultrasound is accurate and has high value. It should be popularized in clinic.
