湖南省冷水江市三中周建勋认为:教师的一言一行,时时刻刻都对学生产生着一定的影响。教师在课堂上的某个习惯动作、某句口头禅、某个错字、某句错话,学生们往往几十年后欢聚时还会做为趣谈轶事以佐餐饮。而我们化学教师,认为自己不是搞文科的,往往对教学语言不很重视,往往在上课时板书乱写乱画;讲授知识时措词不当;演示实验操作不妥,解答习题不按要求等等。教师,是学生的表率、榜样,“教不严,师之惰,”由于教师本身就没有按教学规律办事,没有以严谨、负责的科学态度对待科学,结果,也往往养成了学生对待科学的无所谓
