随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和完善,医疗卫生事业改革的步伐不断深化,医院成本的管理与控制是医院管理的重要内容,有利于优化医院资源配置,是医院生存发展的重要保障。本文对我国医院成本管理现状进行分析,并对改进医院成本管理提出一些措施及建议。
With the continuous development and improvement of the socialist market economy, the pace of health care reform has been deepened. The management and control of hospital costs is an important part of hospital management. It is conducive to optimizing the allocation of hospital resources and is an important guarantee for the survival and development of the hospital. This article analyzes the present situation of hospital cost management in our country and puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve hospital cost management.
