认真做好农村财务公开工作,不仅有利于农村社会的稳定和改革的深化,而且有利了农村党群、干群关系的改善和农民积极性的发挥。我认为,做好农村财务公开应着力解决好以下三个问题: 第一,对农村财务公开的思想认识必须到位。一是消除少数农村干部中存在的几种消极思想:自身不廉洁,怕公开引火烧身;认为公开是自讨苦吃,自寻麻烦;认为自身清正廉洁,公开没必要。二是消除部分群众中存在的两个担心:即担心公开不及时,内容不全面,项目不具
