贲门癌是临床常见消化道恶性肿瘤,首选手术治疗,但由于恶性程度较高,周边浸润及淋巴转移率较高,因此手术后转移复发率较高,预后不理想。2007年2月—2015年2月,我们对术后复发贲门癌17例,行三维适形放疗联合紫杉醇化疗,效果满意。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况本组17例中,男16例,女1例;年龄40~70岁,平均56岁。术后复发时间6~36个月。手术方式:食管下端、胃底切除、食管胃吻合术15例,全胃
Cardia cancer is a common clinical malignant tumor of the digestive tract, the preferred surgical treatment, but due to the higher degree of malignancy, peripheral infiltration and lymph node metastasis rate is high, so recurrence rate after surgery, the prognosis is not ideal. From February 2007 to February 2015, 17 patients with recurrent cardia cancer were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy.
