对采自云南新平县的大籽獐牙菜脂溶性部分进行了化学成分研究,采用各种柱色谱法进行分离纯化得到11个化合物,通过波谱数据分析鉴定它们的结构为:1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基口山酮(1),1,2,6-三甲氧基-8-羟基口山酮(2),1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮(3)、齐墩果酸(4),马钱苷酸(5),獐牙菜苷(6),7-甲氧基獐牙菜苷(7),2’-O-(3-羟基苯甲酰基)-獐牙菜苷(8),3-O-葡萄糖基-1,7,8-三甲氧基口山酮(9),2-对羟基苯基乙醇(10),3,7,4’,4″-四羟基-3’,3″-二甲氧基-2,5-环氧木脂素(11),其中化合物11为首次从该属植物中分离得到.
The chemical constituents of the fat-soluble fractions of Swertia punctatus collected from Xinping, Yunnan were studied. Eleven compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis: 1,7-bis Hydroxy-3-methoxy columbarium (1), 1,2,6-trimethoxy-8-hydroxy colorantone (2), 1,7-dihydroxy- (3), oleanolic acid (4), simianidin (5), swertia glycoside (6), 7-methoxyprolactone (7), 2’-O- 3-O-glucosyl-1,7,8-trimethoxysilyl ketone (9), 2-p-hydroxyphenylethanol (10), 3 , 7,4 ’, 4 “-tetrahydroxy-3’, 3” -dimethoxy-2,5-epoxyignanostatins (11) were obtained. Compound 11 was isolated from this genus for the first time.
