鲁中平原地处黄河以南、泰鲁山脉以北的鲁中地带,属于北温带季风区大陆性气候,年平均气温在12—13℃,>0℃积温在4500℃,年降雨量在500—700毫米,年日照时数在2600—3000小时,无霜期在200天左右。鲁中平原土质较好,地势平坦,水源丰富,适宜推广一年多熟制。近几年来,随着农业结构的调整,如何把粮食作物与经济作物的种植比例合理化,趋于新形势下的要求,从1984年以来桓台、周村、邹平、张店、临淄等区县就有一定面积的集约式多档次、多茬口的种植方式,已发展几万亩粮瓜菜“千元田”,现将其中一年四作的种植方式简介如下:
