为了解铅作业条件对工人健康的影响 ,对南通市某钢丝绳厂热处理车间 6 4名铅作业工人的铅接触水平及其对身体健康状况的影响进行调查。调查结果显示 :热处理车间部分监测点铅尘 (或铅烟 )平均浓度超标。接触组中主要自觉症状异常的出现率与尿铅的阳性率均高于对照组 (接触组中有 17例尿铅呈阳性 )。通过驱铅治疗 17例工人尿铅均恢复正常。提示 ,应提高铅作业工人的防护意识 ,改善企业的作业条件 ,并定期对铅作业工人进行健康监护
In order to understand the impact of lead working conditions on the health of workers, the level of lead exposure and the impact on health status of 64 lead workers in heat treatment workshop of a wire rope factory in Nantong City were investigated. The survey results show that the average concentration of lead dust (or lead smoke) at some monitoring points in the heat treatment workshop is exceeding the standard. The incidence of abnormalities of main symptoms and urinary lead in the exposure group were all higher than those in the control group (positive urine lead was found in 17 contact groups). Lead excretion returned to normal in 17 workers by expelling lead. Prompted that lead workers should raise awareness of protection, improve the working conditions of enterprises, and regular health workers lead health monitoring
