作者比较不同给药途径应用蝮蛇抗栓酶(蝮蛇酶)的效果。治疗组50例均为男性,年龄20～52岁,病程50天～7年。病变部位:左下肢22例,右下肢25例,双下肢3例。对照组50例亦全为男性,年龄22～50岁,病程45天～6.5年,左下肢23例,右下肢27例。治疗方法:蝮蛇酶皮试阴性者,治疗组以蝮蛇酶
The authors compared the effect of different routes of administration of viper antithrombin (viper enzyme). The treatment group of 50 patients were male, aged 20 to 52 years, duration of 50 days to 7 years. Lesions: left lower limb in 22 cases, right lower limb in 25 cases, double lower limb in 3 cases. The control group of 50 patients were also all male, aged 22 to 50 years old, duration of 45 days to 6.5 years, 23 cases of left lower extremity and 27 cases of right lower limb.
