《地方组织法》规定市长任期为5年,然而在河北省邯郸市,15年竟换了9任市长!频繁的高层更迭让邯郸市的发展遭遇困境。
The Local Organization Law stipulates that the mayor should hold a term of office of five years. However, in Handan City, Hebei Province, 15 mayors have been replaced by 9 mayors. Frequent top-level changes have put Handan’s development in a difficult situation.
