各市人民政府,省政府各厅委、各直属机构:为解决我省中部地区水资源短缺问题,2002年将开工建设大伙房水库输水工程。为了更好地协调解决工程建设中的有关问题,保证工程建设顺利进行,省政府决定成立辽宁省大伙房水库输水工程领导小组。其主要职责是:负责协调落实大伙房水库输水工程建设的有关事项,研究解决工程建设中的重大问题。辽宁省大伙房水库输水工程领导小组成员如下:
