目的:通过祖国传统医学联合预激方案(CAG方案)观察老年急性髓系白血病的临床治疗效果,探讨中医药治疗白血病的优势。方法:我们随机选取我院2012-2016年3月明确诊断为老年急性髓系白血病60名患者作为观察对象,其中30例采用传统医学联合CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病作为治疗组,30例单独采用CAG方案治疗作为对照组。比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(p<0.05);治疗组不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年急性髓系白血病效果明确、不良反应少。
Objective: To observe the effect of clinical treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia by the traditional Chinese medicine combined with pre-excitation program (CAG program) to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of leukemia. Methods: We randomly selected 60 patients diagnosed as acute myeloid leukemia in our hospital from 2012 to March 2016 as the object of observation. Thirty of them were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with CAG regimen in elderly acute myeloid leukemia as the treatment group, 30 patients CAG regimen as a control group. The curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (p <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Medicine for the treatment of senile acute myeloid leukemia clear effect, less adverse reactions.
