目的:研究红芪(Hedysarum polbotrysHand.-Mazz.)种子的吸水规律以及萌发特性,探讨红芪种子发芽的最适发芽条件,为其规范化栽培提供理论依据。方法:运用室内测定法,对红芪种子吸水率进行测定,并在不同温度(10、15、20、25、30℃)下进行种子发芽试验。结果与结论:红芪种子吸水过程符合Logistic曲线,分急剧吸水期、稳定吸水期和饱和吸水期三个阶段。不同发芽温度对红芪种子的最初萌发时间和发芽质量均有显著影响。发芽最初萌发时间随温度的升高而缩短,发芽质量随温度的升高先升高而后降低,25℃为最佳发芽温度,发芽率和发芽势分别达67.33%和35.33%。30℃高温可抑制芽的伸长。
Objective: To study the water absorption and germination characteristics of seeds of Hedysarum polbotrysHand.-Mazz. To study the optimum germination conditions of seeds of Radix Hedysari and provide a theoretical basis for its standardization cultivation. Methods: The water absorption rate of Radix Astragali was determined by indoor test and the seed germination test was carried out at different temperature (10,15,20,25,30 ℃). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The water absorption process of Radix Astragali was in accordance with Logistic curve, three stages of rapid water absorption, stable water absorption and saturated water absorption. Different germination temperature had significant effects on the initial germination time and germination quality of Radix Astragali seeds. The initial germination time of germination decreased with the increase of temperature. The germination quality increased first and then decreased with the increase of temperature, and the optimum germination temperature was 25 ℃. The germination rate and germination energy reached 67.33% and 35.33% respectively. 30 ℃ high temperature can inhibit the bud elongation.
