Masrg、s 及其同事在埃及用双盲法研究服丙硫咪唑治疗钩虫和蛔虫感染的初步报告表明:每日一次服用400毫克(30个病人)治瘉了19例钩虫病人中的17人,和全部11例蛔虫病患者。在30例病人中只有一人因未按时服药未能治瘉十二指肠钩虫感染。我们又总结了用丙硫咪唑和左旋四咪唑等量治疗上述两种寄生虫感染的经验。
A preliminary report by Masrg, s and colleagues using a double-blind study of cefotiam for the treatment of hookworms and roundworms in Egypt showed that 17 of the 19 hookworm patients were cured with 400 mg (30 patients) once daily, And all 11 patients with ascariasis. Only one of the 30 patients failed to cure the duodenal hookworm infection due to failure to take the medication on time. We also summarize the experience of using equal amounts of albendazole and levamisole for the treatment of these two parasite infections.
