用水蒸气蒸馏法从秦巴山区野生绞股蓝中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油成分进行分离分析和结构确定,运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量,并对绞股蓝挥发油进行抗菌和抗氧化实验研究。从绞股蓝挥发油中鉴定出45种成分,占全油的98.86%,绞股蓝挥发油中含量较高的成分为3-己烯-1-醇(22.00%)、1-己醇(14.78%)、3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(9.90%)、石竹烯(9.06%)、十六酸(7.20%)等。绞股蓝挥发油对实验菌株均具有显著的抑制和灭活作用,特别是对枯草芽孢杆菌CMCC63501株表现地更为明显,抗氧化实验表明,绞股蓝挥发油对羟基自由基有明显的清除作用,探讨绞股蓝挥发油生物活性为开发这一资源提供理论依据。
Volatile oil was extracted from wild Gynostemma pentaphyllum in Qinba Mountains by steam distillation. The volatile oil components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the relative content of each component was determined by gas chromatographic area normalization. Gynostemma volatile oil has significant inhibitory and inactivating effect on the experimental strains, especially for Bacillus subtilis CMCC63501 strain showed more obvious anti-oxidation experiments showed that Gynostemma volatile oil has obvious scavenging effect on hydroxyl radicals to explore Gynostemma volatile oil biological Activity provides a theoretical basis for the development of this resource.
