教育部高校外语专业教学指导委员会(以下简称“外指委”)全体会议于2004年11月22日在上海外国语大学举行。教育部高教司副司长刘凤泰,上海外国语大学校长戴炜栋,北京外国语大学副校长何其莘、钟美荪,上海外国语大学党委副书记曹德明、副校长谭晶华,对外经济贸易大学校长陈准民,广东外语外贸大学副校长陈建平,天津外国语学院院长修刚,大连外国语学院院长孙上华,解放军外国语学院院长吴国华,西安外国语学院院长杜瑞清,解放军国际关系学院院长宋渭澄等外指委成员出席了会议。外指委秘书长蔡伟良主持了会议。
The Plenary Session of the Foreign Language Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the “Foreign Finger Committee”) was held on November 22, 2004 in Shanghai International Studies University. Liu Fengtai, Deputy Director General of the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education, Dai Weidong, President of Shanghai International Studies University, Vice President of Beijing Foreign Studies University He Qixin and Zhong Meisun, Deputy Party Secretary of Shanghai International Studies University Cao Deming, Vice President Tan Jinghua, President of University of International Business and Economics Chen Zhimin, Chen Jianping, Vice President of the University, Xiu Gang, Dean of Tianjin Foreign Studies University, Sun Shanghua, Dean of Dalian Foreign Languages Institute, Wu Guohua, Dean of the PLA Foreign Languages Institute, Du Ruiqing, Dean of the Xi’an International Studies University and Song Weicheng, Dean of the Institute of International Relations of People’s Liberation Army attended the meeting. Cai Wei-liang, secretary-general of the Foreign Fingering Committee, presided over the meeting.
