书法是我国传统艺术的重要组成部份,它具有鲜明的艺术性和广泛的实用性。我们做档案工作的,离不开书写,如制卡编目,抄写复制褪变档案……。字写得工整、美观,不仅便于利用者阅读,还令人赏心悦目,反之字迹了草,点画不清,不仅会给利用者造成阅读困难,而且使人望而生厌。因此,书法艺术与档案工作有不解之缘,档案工作者也应学点书法。我国书法,常见的有篆、隶、真、行、草等
